2. Shipping Rates
2.1 Automatic Calculation: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and delivery location of your order.
2.2 Free Shipping: We offer free USPS Ground Advantage shipping on orders of $49.99 or more and free USPS Priority Mail shipping on orders of $99.99 or more.

3. Local Pickup
3.1 Available Option: Customers located within a local area may select Local Pickup during checkout.
3.2 Pickup Location: Orders can be picked up at:
580 West Leeds Avenue, Absecon, NJ 08201
3.3 No Additional Fee: Local pickup is free of charge.

4. Processing Time
4.1 Order Processing: Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days after receiving payment. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
4.2 Processing Delays: Occasionally, processing may take longer due to product availability or other unforeseen factors. We will notify you if there are any delays.

5. Shipping Restrictions
5.1 Geographic Restrictions: We currently only ship within the United States.
5.2 International Shipping: We do not offer international shipping at this time.

6.1 Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the status of your delivery on the USPS website.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
7.1 Damaged Shipments: If your package is damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at (609) 645-1940 or marketing@bigdaddyfishingrodracks.com. We will assist you in resolving the issue.
7.2 Lost Shipments: In the unlikely event that your package is lost, please reach out to us. We will work with USPS to resolve the issue.
